chapt 74,
21st sept mon,
i keep reminding myself that i cant afford to skip or being late for my FYP.
i set 3 alarms everyday.
although they were all from 1 phone la. =x
i force myself up when the alarm rang at 6.32am.
end up i'm still late for lesson. =.= 8.40am(10mins late) den reach.
22nd sept tues,
woke up at 8am. lol super late.
reach sch at 9.30am.
finally a training day again as i told myself that i want to work hard in all training.
we had hat tournament that day.
hat tournament means Ben will randomly group us up and compete against each other.
so i got Djamal, Duckless, Jervis, Hazel, Yiling, Pearleen and janet.
thou we've lost in the semi final.
but most importantly is we all gain chemistry.=)
23rd sep wed,
woke up at 8am again.
i just dun get it. i set 3 alarms and i din realize that i switch them off man. -.-
woot! napfa test!
so worried for my NAPFA test coz i haven been training physical for a long time.
so i asked Alex, weekwan and LB to pace me on 2.4km.
so sorry that i got the timing wrong and make dorries to come down to pace me too.
first station: Pull up.
cool or what, TTM was there while i'm pulling siol!
morale boosting siol.
i gave all out and unexpectedly, i did 7 times. Lol.
second station: Shutter run.
okay i dun blame the shoe but the shoe is kinda slippery.
sorry alvin, not i wan to say ur shoe lousy or what la but..
abit slippery only la. =)
10.01 sec, wooo!
third station: sit up.
another morale boosting moment with TTM around.
i completed 47 sits up in a very comfortable pace.
fourth station: standing board jump.
this is gay, i haven been doing standing board jump for quite sometimes.
1st attempt: 211cm WTF i know haha!
alex, week wan and LB were there advicing me! thanx alot!!
2nd attempt: "i want to sky ben!" 225cm. zzz
they continue to ask me to go for another try!
3rd attempt: din really prepare and start to jump already. i slide alittle to the front and got 245cm.
woohoo! damn excited! they were happy for me too. damn happy! =)
fifth station: sit and reach.
the station i'm quite afraid of too.
they taught me every technic they know,
alex, lb, weekwan, jin long and even the tester also ask me to use my back muscle to lean on the board.
i did everything i could and go down slowly and got 36cm+/- cannot remember.
2nd attempt, Lb say go down 1 shot, dun go down slowly.
47cm. WTF! damn happy but then they say 48cm den consider A.
1 more cm! roar, so i decided to go for 3rd attempt! too bad still 47cm. haha.
but the tester gave me an A. woo!
last station: 2.4km.

but no matter how hard i push, i still get lousy timing. 11mins 30secs.
really thanx to LB for pacing me, Ben for treating dinner if i can do something which i cannot hear properly while running, dorries and yinci especially for screaming thier lungs out for supporting me LOL, and frisbee people, thanx man. ai ya okay de la. hahaha.
training was like finally back to last year.
run like ur father give birth to you.
did lots of running and PT yesterday.
everything was back to basic.
eventhou i did not perform during the 2 trainings,
but i felt that i learn lots of thing and gain lots of thing.
i'm feeling the fire in me!
