bevan told me alot about leadership. if u wanna prove it? den show it.
i'm so tempted to go training and show some of my leadership. not bcoz i wanna be captain or wat, just that i want to show them that i'm 1 of the seniors too. talk to aaron abt wat happen during last training, "if u wan them to listen to u, u have to prove them something." or "discuss with the captain from ur team." i understand wat he meant.
inorder to be a outstanding player, talent and potential will only lead u to a position, the rest is up to urself. mentality is important during game too, say 40%? lol.
okay IQ, EQ play a part too. physical wise. hmm, teamwork. and etc.
basically, sports is not a easy CCA.
